1. Eligibility

Dubakoor & Diecast is an invite-only store. You need a valid referral code from an existing member to register and make purchases. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your referral code without permission. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (₹). We sell 1:64 scale diecast model cars from brands like Mini GT, Inno64, Tarmac Works, Kaido House, M2, MoreArt, and Hot Wheels. Prices may change without prior notice. Product conditions are clearly labeled on each listing.

4. Orders & Payment

We accept UPI payments only. Once you place an order and complete payment, you will receive a confirmation. Orders are processed after payment is verified.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Shipping details, timelines, and charges will be communicated separately after your order is confirmed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Since this is a personal collection being sold to friends and enthusiasts, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you receive significantly differs from what was described on the listing. If you believe there is an issue, reach out via our contact page with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Product Condition

Every product is labeled with its condition. Here's what each badge means:

  • Sealed — Brand new, unopened in original packaging.
  • Unsealed — Opened but the model is in good condition.
  • Damaged — Packaging or model has visible damage, described in the listing.
  • Defect — Factory defect present, noted in the listing.
  • Chase — A rare or limited variant, typically priced higher.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dubakoor & Diecast is a small personal store. We do our best to describe products accurately and ship them safely, but we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or purchase of products.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
